Hi, I’m Steve Fink, and I created Longevity Cooking because, like you, I’m always looking to improve my diet and long-term health while still enjoying delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. (And of course some tasty snacks to munch on in between.)

I’m also the Editor-in-Chief of StudyFinds, a website I founded in 2016 to help bring scientific research to the masses. So many of my healthy habits have been born from reading the thousands of studies I’ve published over the years. Now I’m excited to focus on food and share with you ideas and tips to better your own diet, too.
